This is a Digital File that you will need an embroidery machine and possibly software to unzip to complete. There are plenty of you tube videos and possibly Facebook pages that explain how to embroidery on Toilet Paper. Myself I found it was best to embroidery on some fabric. I use like a quilted backing and wrap it around the TP. I try to keep the stitches low density for Toilet Paper and Towels so that they stitch out quickly so it is profitable to stitch out doesn't take long.
