All shirts are made-to-order and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please refer to sizing charts in listing photos and compare with your favorite tee or tank prior to ordering to ensure the correct fit.

All sales are final and not eligible for return or exchange. Packages returned to us without prior authorization will not be opened, you will receive a listing you can purchase within 5 business days to have the package send back to you, after that it will be donated.

We will do our best to accommodate rush orders, but if your “need by” date is within two weeks of purchase, please contact us prior to placing your order to ensure we can meet your timeline. A rush fee, upgraded shipping, or both may be required to make sure your item arrives in time.

Yes! We love custom requests! Pricing varies based on the complexity of the design, so please contact us via Etsy messenger with your idea for a quote, and, upon purchase, we will send you a proof for your review before your item goes into production.

Please know that we CANNOT guarantee delivery dates on behalf of third party mail carriers {USPS, UPS, etc}, nor can we be held responsible for delays by third party mail carriers. Once an item leaves our hands, we have the same tracking information as you and cannot provide updates beyond what is listed on the USPS tracking website. Additionally, we will not provide cancellation or refunds because of delays by USPS.

If shipping of your original order is delayed via the USPS, please note that we CANNOT send a replacement item to be shipped overnight at our expense - please DO NOT order last minute to arrive a few days before your event. If you need to have an item overnighted to make it in time, it must be paid by the customer.

If the customer pays to upgrade shipping and the item does not arrive by the scheduled delivery date, we will happily refund the upgraded shipping costs but cannot provide refunds for items shipped on schedule.
