Custom and personalized orders

We are happy to customize, if at all possible, any of our products to make your special event a success. Additional costs may be added depending on the degree of difficulty in creating your item. Please note that when you ask for a custom order, you must be available to answer any questions we may have regarding colors, sizes, or any other information we may need from you. In most cases, there will not be any shipping delay for custom orders, but plan on an additional 2-3 days for us to make your item, just to be safe.

We are happy to do rush orders if time permits and it does not push any of our current orders behind schedule. We may add an additional charge for this service. Please keep in mind that you must allow for shipping time, so asking for an item on Friday that you need on Monday is just not going to be possible. While we can accomplish amazing feats, unfortunately the postal service does not run according to our schedule.

We are available Monday - Thursday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and Friday 9:00 am - 1:00 pm PST. If you send a us a message after business hours we will get back to you the following business day.

What's the difference between cut and uncut?

It's just like it sounds! Cut or precut orders arrive to you already cut out and ready to use. Uncut orders arrive in a solid, uncut sheet for you to cut out yourself.

How do I send you my photo for a custom order?

You can send your images directly through Etsy's message system or via email to sweetsandstuffnapa@gmail.com. Please note that if you choose to send your images through Etsy, you can attach up to three images per message. In some cases, multiple messages will be required.

What is the shelf life of my edible image?

As long as they are kept sealed in their original bag in a cool, dark, dry place (not the refrigerator) they will last around six months.

Make your homemade or store bakery cake, cupcakes or cookies look fabulous with custom printed decorations, available on either wafer paper* or frosting sheets**. You choose which application you prefer. If you're not sure which would work best for you, contact me and I'll be happy to help.

Each set contains various images of classic Frankenstein and Bride of Frankenstein, which fit perfectly on cakes, cupcakes or cookies. Use the 2.5" or 2.0" for cupcakes and cookies, and the 1.5" for chocolate covered oreos. It’s super easy to do. Complete instructions included.

Cookies shown are made with wafer paper. Cookies not included.

*Wafer paper is an edible paper that can be printed using edible ink, and placed on buttercream, royal icing or fondant. It stays rather firm and papery on the dessert, and the consistency is similar to communion wafers.

**A frosting sheet is a thin layer of frosting on a plastic backing, which can be printed with edible ink, cut out and peeled off to be placed on buttercream, dry royal icing or fondant. It provides a much sharper printed image than wafer paper, and sort of “melts” on to whatever it is placed. Soft and slightly sweet, a frosting sheet leaves an almost undetectable consistency on the dessert.

Wafer paper and frosting sheets should be stored in cool, dark place in the sealed plastic bag in which they are shipped. Do not refrigerate or freeze. They will keep indefinitely. However, edible inks may fade if exposed to light for extended periods.
