⬥ TEXT COLOR:
All designs come in a single color of text/writing which is selected in the drop-down menu. Multiple colors of text is not available. Please reach out to us with questions/requests prior to ordering. We will automatically process the design in a single color (selected from the dropdown).

⬥ ORDER COMMUNICATION:
Check your Etsy messages FREQUENTLY after ordering until order is received. We may have questions or have received missing/incorrect info with order. NEVER email us, always use Etsy messaging.

⬥ INCOMPLETE ORDERS:
If the wrong color is entered for a style, we will attempt to contact you via Etsy or send similar if there is a close match.
(example: heather Autumn is for unisex tee only- not other styles).
If an error is made, we have the right to send the closest shirt color match to your entry or the display colors.

**ANY missing info will result in delays.** If we can't reach you via Etsy convo within the processing time - we may choose for you & send display colors (or closest match to your entry). We do not offer refunds/exchanges for this -- please provide all requested info!

We may also opt to cancel & refund the order at our discretion on incomplete/incorrect orders that fail to respond via Etsy messaging.

⬥ PERSONALIZATION LENGTH:
There are max text limits listed in the instructions above personalization box. This is a guide to the text sizing that fits best in the text box area. If the personalization request exceeds the max character length, we reserve the right to split into multiple lines (if possible) or make text smaller than sample images to fit more characters. This is at our discretion.

We may also reach out via Etsy messaging requesting it be shortened or cancel order if we cannot reach you via messaging.

⬥ CUSTOM REQUESTS:
We are NOT currently accepting custom orders --other than our customizable listings (names, dates) marked "CUSTOM" in the title. If you have a design idea you would like to see in our store, please message us. We may already be in process of adding it!

--Do not leave design change requests in notes with order unless approved by us. If so, it will not be accepted & the original design will still be sent. We accommodate when we can, but some designs we do not edit or can't due to time constraints.

⬥ NO MOCKUPS/PROOFS:
Since ALL designs come as shown in the display, we do not send any proofs prior to shipment -- even upon request. We keep it simple and use same format and fonts as shown with any custom line of text. This enables us to keep our prices low and processing times fast.

⬥ COLOR/DESIGN INFO:
Please be mindful when choosing your shirt/text color combinations. Some combos are harder to read. We respect customer preferences and realize some like text more subtle. We do not offer exchanges/returns based on unfavorable color combinations.

NOT READABLE: White text on white or heather white, black text & dark grey text on black shades, dark grey text on dark grey or deep heather

HARD TO READ: black text on dark grey heather, rose gold on heather mauve or heather orchid

SOMEWHAT HARD: White text on athletic heather or ice blue, dark grey text on some medium color shades (raspberry, deep teal, purple, etc.)

We respect customer choice of color selection and process all color combos as selected. The exception is any combos from the "NOT READABLE" category above. We will attempt to contact you, but If no response on Etsy within 24-48 hours, we reserve right to change text colors to a readable text/shirt combo.

⬥ STOCK AVAILABILITY:
All shirt/tank colors & sizes are subject to stock availability (especially 2XL-4XL). If we are temporarily out of your size/color combo -- you will be contacted via Etsy for another selection or other options.

We reserve the right to substitute (same color) solid colors if supplier is out of heather colors (ex. solid black for heather black). This is rare but can happen during holiday seasons.

Final sale on all 3XL/4XL, kids, and sweatshirts. These are special-ordered items, no stock. Please allow and extra 1-3 business days for processing. Some colors may be out of stock by suppliers. To check color availability before ordering, contact us!
If your color is not available, we will contact you for another selection.

⬥ COLOR VARIATIONS:
We try our best for accurately depict colors, but actual colors may vary from your screen display settings. Also, shirts may appear different in color/brightness (especially heathers) under various lighting conditions (studio, indoor, outdoor, etc). We do not offer returns/exchanges for this.

The shirts coming from manufacturer are all in different dye batches and so some variations in coloring may occur among shirts of same color. We try our best but cannot guarantee a 100% match. The dyes will be same shade but occasionally can vary in lightness/darkness due to the dye process of that batch. PLease note that we do not refund/exchange for any slight variations among shirt colors.

Orders placed before 2PM CST will ship same business day IF orders are entered correctly and all in-stock items.

Complete, correct & in-stock orders placed after 2PM CST will likely ship out next business day.

ORDER ISSUES:
We will contact customers via Etsy messenger with any incomplete or incorrect order entries or with any stock shortages, delays/ mishaps & ship once we receive a response. Failure to respond timely to any order issues may result in delays and/or order cancellation.

Not Received:
••• If an item was marked "delivered" but not received contact the USPS immediately & file "lost mail" claim online

••• Check with USPS for any delivery/transit issues. We will try to assist you on our end, but are only responsible for your order until it is scanned as "received" at post office.
••• On occasion, missing packages turn up and are redelivered later once filed as lost mail.

⬥ INSURANCE/SIGNATURE:
*If you want to add insurance, you must purchase a USPS method that includes it (Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express).
It automatically includes up to $50 or $100 worth of insurance (see usps.com for current details)

First Class Mail or USPS Ground do not include Insurance. Buyer assumes risk selecting a method of transit that is uninsured.

••• INSURANCE CLAIMS:
Insurance offered on Priority Mail packages is through the USPS and any claims on delivery mishaps will need to be filed by the customer through the USPS on their website. We will assist in providing any package details needed, but we do not file any claims or offer any refunds from our shop for insured packages.

⬥ RETURNED ITEMS:
Any items returned to us for any reason ex. (wrong address, undeliverable, etc.), buyer must pay reshipping fee to have order resent. We will attempt to contact you with link for repurchase. Any returned items in our possession for 90 days, with failure to receive response or reshipping payment, the items will be donated and buyer will assume loss of order.

To cancel an order, you MUST contact us via ETSY (not email) immediately - within 1 HOUR of purchase.
No exceptions! We ship out fast...most likely we have already started on it.

⬥ ORDER GUARANTEES:
We NEVER guarantee your order will arrive by any specified date since shipping service is provided by a third party and beyond our control. Only estimates are provided by USPS. We only guarantee OUR processing time (on correctly entered orders) if stated we will ship by a specific date.

We DO NOT assume any responsibility for any dates left in notes stating an order is needed by a specific date. We will work hard to get orders shipped within 1-2 days. All orders are provided expected delivery times upon checkout which are only estimates. They are subject to the occasional shipping delays. It is the customer's responsibility to contact us prior to ordering to see if the timeframe is feasible.

Items exchanged for different size must be in same shirt style /color/ writing combo and design. Please read below for exclusions and conditions.

••• EXCHANGE TIMES:
Contact us: within 3 DAYS of USPS delivery date.
Item Returned to us: within 7 DAYS of USPS delivery date.
NO EXCEPTIONS..After these dates we can no longer accept exchanges as the items may have been worn, washed, etc.

••• EXCHANGE STEPS:
-- It is buyer's responsibility to contact us within 3 days to initiate exchange process & pay ALL exchange shipping fees (to/from)
-- Item must be approved for exchange then shipped back by customer to our address within 7 days of receipt.
-- To exchange for item of higher dollar value (ex. fro XL to XXL) the difference must be paid.
-- The Re-shipment fee must be paid to cover shipping cost of the replacement item. Link below.
-- It is up to customer to request tracking/ insurance on exchange packages and to notify us before shipping. We are not responsible for lost/ mis-delivered items that do not reach us.

••• RETURN ITEM CONDITION:
Al items MUST BE in new condition…unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, & kept free of pet hair, stains, rips, smoke, & other odor, etc.. Please make sure the item is in perfect condition before sending back for an exchange!

••• UNRETURNABLE CONDITION:
Any returned items not meeting the return conditions will be denied. A reshipping link will be sent via Etsy for you to pay to have the unapproved item sent back. Failure to do so within 7 days will result in loss of item which will be donated.

••• UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS:
Only send items to be exchanged if you have first contacted us and received authorization. Any exchange packages received (that have not been approved by us) -- the package will not be opened or processed. A reshipping link will be sent via Etsy for customer to pay to have package returned to them. Failure to do so within 7 days will result in loss of item which will be donated.

⬥ REPLACEMENTS/ ERRORS:
In the event we make an error, we will kindly work with you to get it resolved.

••• REPLACEMENT CLAIM STEPS:
1) Please contact us within 3 business days via Etsy (not email)
2) Send a VERY CLEAR pic of the error & description via ETSY convo
3) We will determine if it is an error on our part and send a replacement ASAP if so

4) Replacement will ONLY be shipped via standard USPS First Class Mail with tracking provided.

*We DO NOT ship replacements via Priority Mail or overnight regardless of upcoming events or original shipping method.

PLease order in enough advance to account for the occasional processing error or shipping mishap/delay.

••• EXCEPTIONS:
Any items that have large stains/spills/rips or tears (from opening package) or any other obvious damage that would NOT have been overlooked when packaging will be denied. No exceptions. We are human but also diligently look over every item before shipping.
We are not responsible for damage to item caused by customer after receipt.

PRESS MARKS/WRINKLES:
Any press marks/creases (from heat press) or wrinkles from package handling will be removed upon laundering your item. Please follow appropriate care instructions. This is not a reason for return or exchange.

••• DAMAGED PACKAGES:
If a package appears damaged upon receipt, do not open. Take to local USPS and file claim.

••• ERROR REFUNDS:
We do not offer refunds on any errors (even if need-by-date has passed) but will gladly send out a replacement.
Please order in enough advance to account for any errors/unforeseen events.

ALL replacements are shipped via standard first class mail.
