Processing of Quilts and Crib Sets by A Vision to Remember

Once your Order has been placed it will be added to my Queue of Orders. The current processing times will vary depending on how many open orders I have, but typically range from 2-3 weeks. Every quilt and crib set from A Vision to Remember is handmade to order with care.

Care Instructions for A Vision to Remember Rag Quilts

Lint Rollers- Rag quilts are, well, ragged. I have hand clipped the exposed seams to create that raggedy goodness I've also washed your quilt once before shipping it to you. Once I washed it, it came out of the dryer with lots of lint on. This is where you will need a lint roller Between now and the next couple of washing's your quilt and bedding pieces are going to need a quick roll over to grab those stray lints, fibers, and strings Washing your Bedding - wash on cold with like colors with your favorite laundry soap. When you throw them into the dryer (at least the first couple times), check your lint catcher several times. It fills up quickly The more times you wash your quilt, the fluffier your ragged edges will become.

We are unable to guarantee placement and exact fabrics in the quilt pictures. As fabric manufacturers discontinue fabrics we do our best to replace fabrics with ones with similar styles, colors, and themes. If you like a specific fabric, placement, etc please contact us for current fabric selection for the quilt you're eyeing. At A Vision to Remember, we hand-select every fabric to make heirloom-quality quilts.

Wash on cold gentle cycle, with like colors, and air dry. All valances, crib skirts, and curtains from A Vision to Remember are made to coordinate with your quilt.

Laser cut products may have a lingering wood burn smell from the laser. Airing them out, staining, painting, or sealing the wood will remove the wood burn smell completely. Wood grains may vary from picture in coloring and pattern. All laser cut pieces are crafted in-house at A Vision to Remember.

Quilt Colors at A Vision to Remember

Devices, computers, phones will display colors differently. If you are looking for a specific tone of quilt or fabric please message us. The lighting and room surroundings also make a huge impact on how different tones of fabrics are displayed. For example grey can have yellow, brown, blue, green, etc undertones and based on the room/lighting/surrounding fabrics and decor, the undertone will be pulled from the fabric. If the grey fabric has brown undertones and are paired with decor or paint that has blue undertones the fabrics will clash. Please let us know if there are specific colors you're needing. Also, we do our best to photograph all bedding in natural light for the best coloring, but keep in mind the above also affects our pictures.

A Vision to Remember Quilts - Custom and One of a Kind

Each quilt, though they are made similar, will never be the exact same as others made. Placements of each fabric varies, sometimes the exact fabrics used will be replaced with one similar in style and color as fabrics go in and out of print. Each quilt is carefully planned during cutting out, laying it out, and sewing it together. If you'd like pictures of your quilt during production, please message us. We are happy to send a quick picture of it laid out after being cut, or the fabrics before cutting. As always, we can customize every quilt to match your needs. We can change colors, change fabric choices, etc. We keep thousands of yards of fabric in stock and have many choices in each color available. If you have any questions, message us!
