Please find a size chart in the gallery, it's placed among the photos. You need to take your bust and waist measurements and then you will be able to choose the correct size.

If you have a different size for the bust and the waist we usually we recommend choosing a size according to your bust. But if the difference is more than one size please contact us for an advice.

To measure a sleeve’s length just take a piece of clothes with sleeves you like and measure it length from shoulder seam.

You can put your measurements in the personalization box or in the comment to order. We will check and give a recommendation to correct the size if necessary.

All of our dresses and jackets are made-to-order in standard sizes. But you can mention individual characteristics of your figure or request a customized item, that’s why we are asking to provide us some with of your measurments. We will be happy to advise you on the right size or tell you what custom–made-changes we recommend to make.

If you have a non-standard figure type or any issues with standard size clothes, we will be glad to make a custom product especially for you according to your measurements. Feel free to contact us to discuss customization.

You can find the information about color in the description to each product. Every item is shown on the photo without any color corrections, in a daylight or artificial lighting, monitor color rendition and color perception characteristics may be individual.

We will be glad to help you with the color matching process. You are welcome to send us quote and provide your dress picture if you are unsure about color or style matching.

We can cutomized a color for you, but everything is negotiated individually. Feel free to contact us and send us your product wishes. We will discuss everything you want and will try to do our best to make a perfect product for you.

Standard shipping takes 3-6 days to the US and 10-20 days to other countries. Please check the estimated delivery date for your country at the checkout.

Delivery timeframe for standard shipping is approximate and if you are limited in time we highly recommend choosing an express shipping option.

Please keep in mind that process time for each order is 7-10 days. Don't forget to take this time into account when calculating delivery time for your order.

Please, feel free to contact us if something goes wrong with your parcel. We will do our best to speed up the delivery process. Usually there is no matter to worry, but it is better to check.

According our Etsy shop policies and custom nature of all items we do not accept returns and do not cancel orders within 3 hour after placing an order. We will gladly make an exchange for all items, except custom orders or orders with any customizations.

Please contact us if an item doesn’t fit you well, doesn't match your dress or if it didn't meet your expectations. We will be glad to offer an exchange.

We do not recommend ironing the items, just treating them with a steam. If you do not have a steamer or iron with steam there is usually steam service at the every dry clean.

All the items can be professionally dry cleaned or can be washed by hand in a cold water with a soft liquid and then dry flat.
