Gift wrapping and packaging

All Balsam & Blue items come paper wrapped and a note from me with a black ribbon. If you choose "gift" at checkout, you will have an opportunity to write a gift message which I will hand write on a card and add to your package.

Can you ship to someone else as a gift?

Yes! Please make sure to check off the "gift" option at checkout and insert the correct shipping address. I will make sure it goes directly there with your gift note attached.

Can you show me all of the color stain options?

All of the color stain options are available to see on many of the products in the shop. Simply type in BalsamandBlue.etsy.com to bring you to my home page where you can begin browsing.

Can you make custom sized lazy susans?

Currently I only build 15", 18", and 24" lazy susans.

Wood will retain its natural beauty for a long time if treated properly. Extreme changes in temperature, humidity and dryness will affect it. Store away from heat and bright sunlight in a well-ventilated area. Wipe clean with a lightly damp cloth. Never put in a dishwasher or refrigerator. Dry thoroughly after cleaning.

I see that there is only a quantity of 1 available, can you build me more than 1?

Most likely, yes! Please just send me a quick message, and if I have the lumber I can accommodate most quantities.

Will my piece be exactly as pictured on the Etsy site?

I build each piece to order. Yours will be very similar. However, as I use only natural woods, the knots/grains may be more or less present than in photo and in different locations on your piece. Also, colors may look slightly different in person as they do on your computer/phone screen when purchasing.

I see that the finish on my piece will be glossy. Can I have a matte finish instead?

You sure can! Just add this request in the “message to seller” at checkout.

Can you make me a piece in a color other than what you offer? For example: team colors?

Absolutely! I have made several custom colored pieces including bright team colors. Just send me a quick message and I will let you know if I can accommodate your request.

This lazy Susan is absolutely gorgeous and well made! The size is perfect for my large dining room table and it was admired Christmas day during dinner when everything seemed so much easier to share! Thank you for making such a beautiful piece for me and my family. This seller packaged the item well and it arrived in perfect condition. The communication was awesome too! I would definitely buy from this seller again! I also bought a smaller one for my kitchen table and it is beautiful as well! Thank you Balsam and Blue
