My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

We take pride in making sure that our orders are securely packaged before shipping. Unfortunately, sometimes an item may arrived slightly damaged. No worries! We will be more than happy to replace the item for you. Can I request to have my order gift wrapped?

We will be more than happy to include a gift tag and message with your order. Unfortunately, we prioritize the secure packaging of our items to ensure they arrive undamaged, so we cannot offer gift wrapping at this time.

I want to customize the color of a watercolor print. What colors are available?

We can make our watercolor prints any color you'd like! We pride ourselves on making our prints completely customizable to you and the environment they will hang in. Have a wall color you want to compliment? A bedspread you'd love to match? Send us a picture of anything that is your color inspiration and we will do our very best to match it.

The color of my print looks different than the picture online. Why is that?

The color on computer screens vary, so some color variation may occur. We do recommend viewing on a desktop as opposed to a device, as the color profiles can be different.

Can I order a print size bigger than 11x14?

Yes, and no. We currently don't have the ability in house to print larger than 11x14, but we can create a digital file for you in any size you would like.

• Select your size preference from the drop down menu
• If selecting "DIGITAL COPY", please include your email address in the "Notes to Seller" box during the checkout process
- digital files will be emailed within 48 hours (you will receive both a PDF and a JPG)
- please note that nothing will be shipped to you when choosing the digital option
- digital copies may be printed for personal use + may not be distributed
• if ordering a print, artwork is printed on 130lb watercolor paper making it look very close to an original painting.

• Select your print style from the second drop down menu
• please refer to the listing photos to see the different style options
• if choosing "heart over city" or "custom word/phrase", please make sure to include the personalization details in the provided. box
• "custom word/phrase" has a limit of 10 words...if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.

▶▶ PROCESS ◄◄

• Each state is hand painted by me, no digital watercolor brushes here.
• Originals are then scanned in at a high resolution to allow for high quality printing.

▶▶ IMPORTANT INFO + FINE PRINT ◄◄

• a small logo watermark will be located on each print. It is very low opacity, small, and matches the color of the state.
• colors will default to the color of the style you choose. "custom word/phrase" + "heart over city" colors will default to the color of the plain watercolor style.
• no refunds are allowed on custom print orders. Unless the print arrives damaged, then a replacement will be sent or a refund will given.
• if you would like the orientation of a state changed, I would be happy to do so. Just include the details in the note box at checkout.
• both a PDF and JPG file are sent when purchasing a digital file, if you need a different file type, please message me before purchasing.
