What is your return policy?

We have a 14 day return policy. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and the original shipping fee is not refundable for the returns. Items must be in original condition with tags intact to get the refund. Items without tags intact or not in original condition can not be accepted. Please allow us 1 to 2 weeks to process the return/exchange. Returns requested after 14 days (and up to 21 days from delivery) may be accepted at our discretion, subject to a 25% restocking fee. *Exceptions: Some made to order lace toppers are exchange only. Please see item details for return and exchange eligibility.

Do you offer cheaper ground shipping and how can I get it?

Yes, we offer parcel select shipping through USPS. It is the lowest cost shipping method available and you can choose it when you do the checkout. The transit time is 2 to 5 business days.

Do you offer any compensation if I share my wedding pictures with you?

Yes, we love the pictures from customers and will give 10% (of the item value) credit back to your account if you share 5 or more of your beautiful wedding pictures with us. If interested, please send the pictures to sales@alexbridal.com. By sending us the pictures, you give us the permission to use your pictures in our online shops and social media accounts to promote our products. We will also get the permission from your photographer if needed before we start to use the pictures. Requirements for the pictures: The pictures must be taken by professional photographer, clearly show our products as well as customer’s face and must be 500KB or larger. Please note that the maximum pictures sharing credit we can give for bulk order is $20.

I would like to order several of your products. I only need one and will return rest of them, or return all of them if none works. Can I do that?

Sorry for lace toppers/boleros and veils, we limit 1 per customer each time since we can not afford too many try-ons as a very small handmade shop. For customers that can't decide which one to choose, you can buy 2 but please note if you return both items, you will be subject to 25% restocking fee for both items. If you return 1 and keep the other, there is no restocking fee at all. For orders with 3 or more items in the same category (including faux furs) to try on, we are very sorry that we can not fulfill this kind of order. *Exceptions: Some made to order lace toppers are exchange only or not returnable/exchangeable. Please see item details for return and exchange eligibility.

We use the best quality faux fur and our faux fur fabric itself does not shed. However, there may be some residual fibers from cutting and making the products. We always try to remove all the loose fibers before we send out the wraps. But fibers do come out at the ‘cut’ occasionally. We recommend to give the wrap a shake on arrival. This will most likely get rid of the remaining loose fibers if there is any.

I made a purchase earlier and now it is on sale for lower price. Do you do price adjustment?

Sorry we don't do price adjustment. But you can request to cancel the previous order if it is not shipped yet (and not a custom order which can not be cancelled), and place a new order to get the sale price.
