Highlights
“Navy dive bombers about to strike” is featured in this WW2 1944 original vintage advertisement salute by Western Electric. The ad features an outstanding art drawing by vintage collectible artist Paul Rabut of a WW2 pilot in action from a series of drawings called “Naval Aviation.” It is no. 13 in the series and great collectible from WW2.
The ad is 10x14 and in color. It is in very good condition with nice color and detail. There is some edge aging.
Vintage advertisements and articles are becoming more and more collectible for their nostalgia look and unique eye-appeal. They also are suitable for framing and are becoming more scarce as the supply of vintage paper products continues to decrease.
