This beautiful wood “Welcome” wedding sign is an eye-catcher for your guests to see as they enter your wedding venue! The sign pictured is our 20x30 size, but we offer many sizes to suit your needs. Your sign will be personalized with 3-D lettering (laser cut) to welcome your guests to your special day and there are 4 stain options and 3 lettering color options to choose from.

Specifications for Completed Sign:
Solid Pine Wood” ¾” thick
Walnut Stain (medium walnut), Dark Walnut, Gray Wash Stain, and Black
3-D (raised 1/4" thick) Lettering in White, Black, or Gold

When ordering please leave a message in the “note to seller” section or "Add Personalization" section indicating couple’s names and/or last name, and Established Date if applicable. Please note that if you select the 8x12 size, the date will not be on included on the sign (only the names connected by a heart).

Due to the personalized nature of these items, no returns/exchanges/refunds will be permitted on the signs.

Shipping:
Please allow for 3 weeks of production time (plus 3-8 days of additional shipping). Production and shipping times are only guidelines and not guaranteed. If you need your sign sooner, we can accommodate rush orders for an extra fee. Please contact me for rush order approval prior to placing an order.
ATTENTION Hawaii, Alaska, other outlying US Territory customers, and customers with PO Box addresses: Unfortunately free shipping does not apply to your area. If you purchase, you will be sent an invoice for the shipping cost associated with sending a sign to your address.

Disclaimer: All signs are made of different pieces of natural wood and will contain slight variations in color due to stain saturation, knots, wood grain, small imperfections, etc. Due to the hand-crafted nature of the signs we make, no two signs will look the same. We reserve the right to make adjustments to the design of your sign based on the characters in your names.

**Proofs are available upon request only and are not offered prior to purchasing. A proof is a black and white digital rendering of your personalized names/dates in the design you have purchased.

It is your responsibility to double check the personalization information that you enter to ensure that everything is correct and nothing is misspelled.

We will apply your information to the order as it appears and will only correct punctuation (capitalizing a name or month in the date and putting a comma in the correct placement, etc). If you have specific instructions for capitalization or any other reason, please make sure to list it in your order notes.

Orders can only be cancelled within 3 hours of purchasing. If the order is already in production and you still would like to cancel, there will be a fee.

If you need to receive your item faster you can upgrade your order to a rush order for an additional fee. Please contact us prior to purchasing for rush order approval and you will be sent a rush order fee link to add.

All signs are made of different pieces of natural wood and will contain slight variations in color due to stain saturation, knots, wood grain, small imperfections, etc. Knots and wood imperfections will be present on your board and we cannot control where they will be in relation to the design. Due to the hand-crafted nature of the signs we make, no two signs will look the same.

We are NOT responsible for LOST or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered and you did not receive it or cannot locate it, you will need to contact the shipping carrier for further assistance in opening a claim.

If your item is returned for an insufficient address, you are responsible to pay all shipping and processing fees that apply for us to re-ship your items to the correct address.
