What are your font choices for custom orders?

Are these items really handmade?

Yes. While some of the blank pieces of metal, crystals and findings are purchased from other sources, we try to source those from other small businesses. When possible, we cut the pieces ourselves from large pieces of sheet metal. We then add the text and designs ONE LETTER AT A TIME, sand, file and otherwise add finish to the piece, cut the holes and put it all together into one memorable and unique gift.

Do you support "green" and "shop small" initiatives?

Whenever possible, we source our supplies from other small businesses and recycle / reuse packaging materials to help reduce our environmental impact. We recycle all waste/scrap metal. We offer offer the option to have your item sent with minimal packaging if it's unneeded.

These keychains can be purchased as a single or a set! :)

* Keychains are stamped with "You're the Rory to my Lorelai" and "You're the Lorelai to my Rory" (we have confirmed this is the correct spelling of the name instead of the traditional spelling.)

* We do create custom keychains so if you'd like this different text, please send us a message!

* Keychains measure 1/2" wide and 2" in length and are created from sturdy, lightweight aluminum which will not de-plate, discolor, or rust.

* A stainless steel key ring is securely attached to each with a stainless steel split ring.

* The backs can be stamped with a personalized message (Maximum 30 letters and spaces) by choosing the option to personalize the back and then adding your text to the personalization field. Adding to this field without choosing that option will result in your order being DELAYED until I can reach you for additional payment or omission.

* Hand stamping is a much more durable and permanent method of creation than engraving or printing (sublimating) text onto metal. The design will not wear off like paint or ink and is much more deeply set into the metal than most engraving.

* EACH design and letter is individually hammered, one strike at a time, BY HAND. Because of this, there will be some variations in the spacing, depth of the designs, and placement. This is not to be considered a defect, but instead a part of the piece's unique character. No two pieces will ever be exactly alike.

* Your gift will be shipped ready to give, tastefully carded, and tucked into a clear protective poly-sleeve. A gift box can be added if desired by choosing that option.

* All items are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail unless a shipping upgrade is chosen to add faster options. During high volume periods (around major gift-giving holidays), we ALWAYS recommend that you choose one of our expedited shipping options (typically a few dollars more). These options will help ensure your gift meets its deadline and include insurance.
