This oversized BIAS CUT Black Cashmere Newsboy cap was originally designed as a custom order for Nikki Sixx.
Available in two versions, smaller (Nikki Jr.) and the original big one. Make sure to let me know which one you want.

The original, big version of Nikki Newsboy cap: bias cut Black Cashmere with big black metal snap and BlackWatch silk lining, diameter about 12".
POPULAR: smaller version (Nikki Jr.), which is more casual and more "Izzy", - order with or without snap.

Grey Harris Tweed is back in stock, this time it is custom-made for me by a weaver from the Isle of Lewis in Scotland.
Blue/Black Harris tweed is also still in stock for a few more hats, and it is gorgeous.

Every hat is made custom.
Snap or no snap, button and snap size or color, size and shape of the brim, etc.... - don't be afraid to ask for exactly what you want.

LINING: choose from my signature Black Watch tartan or any of Red, Navy, Purple, Blue, Black, Gray, Yellow, etc. poly silk or satin.
COVID-19 special: Silver lining paisley silk. I also have paisley in Purple and Dark Red

This hat has an 8 pc. crown, it is about 12" in diameter and has no headband. These generous dimensions, along with a bias cut, allow this hat to be slouchy and tilted deeply on one side, as shown in the pictures.
The brim is 2"- 2.5" wide.
I use Bontex for brim filler (cardboard-like special material) for most of my men's caps.

The head size is finished with rayon Petersham grosgrain, usually black with a decorative stitch.
Self-fabric-covered button on the top. My buttons are money: I make them by hand, using US dime or penny coins as a base.

This hat is made with a small piece of elastic ribbon attached to the grosgrain in the back, providing for a bit of size flexibility. You can also order it fitted to the exact measurements.

Please make sure you are comfortable with the size you are ordering. I do provide free size adjustment if needed, but I would rather save us both time and money and "nail it" on the first try.
Instructions on how to measure your head size:
Measure slightly above eyebrows and ears, where the hat should sit. My Shelby and Peaky styles are usually worn deep, sometimes even over the tip of the ears. Keep the tape parallel to the floor while standing.
Not too tight, not too loose.

Due to the high volume of orders, please allow 4 weeks for production, after confirming your order and before shipping. Choosing Priority shipping adding will not shorten the time needed to make your hat. An additional $40 RUSH FEE paid via PayPal/Venmo can ensure your order will be pushed ahead of my current production list.
