When will my purchase arrive?

I ship orders within 1-2 business days of your processed payment. Once in transit, typical USPS delivery time for US addresses averages 4-6 business days. I offer a Priority Mail upgrade (during checkout/cart) for average 2-4 day delivery time. You will receive tracking info when I ship. USPS does not guarantee these times, they are estimates, but typically reliable about 90% of the time.

Are your gemstones real?

Absolutely. I source only high quality natural gems from established suppliers. I do not use man-made crystal or lab-created gems. Certain stones, such as Blue Topaz, are almost always heat-treated as an industry standard, to achieve their lovely colors.

How can I best determine the size of your jewelry?

I note the actual length of all items in the description. Please also see each of the 4-5 photos with every listing. I try to take at least one picture in my hands, to show scale, and necklaces may also be draped on a bust form for some idea. Of course, everyone is different sizes and heights, so if you're unsure, I recommend you compare the measurements to your favorite jewelry at home. (Gentlemen, if buying a gift, the "basic" necklace length is 18").

Sterling Silver benefits from occasional polishing with a soft cloth, and from storage out of light and away from damp. Please don't use those "dunk and dip" solutions, they can harm metals and stones. I have ruined too many things in my life sticking them in those pots and forgetting...

Do you ship worldwide?

To avoid issues with international delays and carriers, and misunderstanding of your Duties and Customs I now only ship to US addresses. Exceptions can always be made, please just ask. Thanks for understanding.
