Where do I provide the information that needs to go in my invite?

Please include all information in the personalization box or in the seller notes when ordering. If you forget to include your information, no problem, you can message me or send me an email to generationsink@gmail.com.

How long will it take to receive my proof?

All proofs are emailed within 24-48 hours but almost always it will get to you in 24.

If I decide to have my invitations printed, what is the turnaround time?

Proofs for printing orders are sent within 24 hours. Once the proof is approved the order will ship out within 3-5 business days.

Is my invitation editable?

I do not provide editable versions at this time. All editing will be done for you. Once you receive the proof I allow as many changes as necessary at no charge!!!

Can I change the colors and wording on an invitation?

Yes!!! Almost all of my items can be customized! Just convo me your idea! I do not charge extra to do this!!

Is it possible to view a proof before purchase?

Yes I can show you a proof before purchase. Just convo me the information along with what item you are interested in.

Do you make digital items to match your invitations?

YES! I do make any digital item in any size to match my invitations. Just convo me the item you need and we will get a custom order going :)

-Please send all the information needed to set up a proof in the "personalization" section when ordering.

-Please allow 1-2 days for proof to be sent to your email.

-Once proof is approved a high resolution jpg file will be sent for the printing type of your choice. If you choose to print on your own I would recommend using at least an 80lb weight stock.I would also recommend printing a test sheet before approving proof to make sure ink color is to your liking. Ink colors can vary from one printer to another. Please view your proof from a computer--not a smart phone or ipad. These devices will alter viewing colors and will not give you a true representation of the ink chosen.

-This file is set up ready for 5x7 card. It will fit an A-7 envelope and does not require extra postage.

I purchased the green gingham invite and it was very cute! Nice vibrant colors as I had hoped. The seller was easy to work with and accommodating to all of our edits. I would only note to allow at least 8 hours in between your request and an edit to come back. Shipping was very fast!
