Mi amor por el diseño comenzó a una edad temprana en la que me convertí en la reina "garabato" en clase llenando páginas y páginas en mi cuaderno. Más tarde, en la escuela secundaria, decidí tomar una clase de arte donde mi amor por el dibujo y la pintura solo creció a partir de ahí. Después de la universidad, tomé la decisión de ir a trabajar para el negocio de impresión de mi familia, donde encontraría mi verdadera pasión ... en diseño gráfico. Mi primer proyecto fue diseñar una tarjeta de notas para un cliente, así que dibujé un bolso, lo escaneé y lo imprimí en el billete y así tuve mi primera venta. Luego comencé a aprender diseño gráfico y comencé a diseñar todo tipo de invitaciones, papelería, programas, tarjetas de visita y mucho más. Después de 14 años en el negocio de la impresión, mi familia y yo decidimos mudarnos de nuestra ciudad natal. Después de pensar mucho en lo que haría a continuación.... Descubrí Etsy y poco después... ... ¡Generations Ink nació! La parte de "Generaciones" vino de la historia del negocio de impresión de mi familia y se estableció desde 1875 con 4 generaciones de propietarios.
Diría que mis diseños tienen una sensación clásica y tradicional mezclada con un toque moderno, pero más importante que el aspecto de la invitación es el servicio al cliente que me esfuerzo por proporcionar con cada pedido. Me encanta trabajar con personas de todo el mundo y obtener mucha satisfacción al proporcionar el mejor servicio al cliente que puedo. No me detendré ante nada para obtener la invitación de la manera que más te guste, ¡sin importar el número de pruebas! My love for design began at a young age where I became the queen "doodler" in class filling up pages and pages in my notebook. Later on in high school I decided to take an art class where my love for drawing and painting only grew from there. After college I made the decision to go to work for my family's printing business where I would find my true passion... in graphic design. My first project was to design a note card for a customer so I sketched a purse, scanned it in, and printed it onto the note and just like that I had my first sale! I then began to teach myself graphic design and started designing all types of invitations, stationery, programs, business cards and much more! After 14 years in the printing business my family and I decided to move from our home town. After much thought as to what I would do next....I discovered Etsy and soon after... ...Generations Ink was born! The "Generations" part came from my family's printing business' history and being established since 1875 with 4 generations of owners.
I would say my designs have a classic, traditional feel mixed with a modern touch, but more important than the look of the invitation is the customer service I strive to provide with every order. I LOVE getting to work with people all over the world and get a lot of satisfaction providing the absolute best customer service I can.
