# How to Customize with Your Pet's Photo #

1- Please select your memorial pet stone size.

2-Please write your required information in the Personalization section as in the examples. You can send your custom request with a Note to the Seller at the checkout if you want a different quote instead of ours. If you forget to add something or made a mistake, please contact us via message. We will fix it for you right away.

3- After purchase, please email your pet's photo to etsy [!at] pacificcustom.us with your order number. Also, you can send it with a message on Etsy as an attachment. The image resolution will affect the printing quality. A high-resolution photo is required for the best result.

4- That's all :) Your custom memorial stone will be shipped the next day and it will be delivered within 2-5 days. If you need it earlier, please choose expedited (2-day delivery) or overnight (1-day delivery) shipping. Your item will be securely packaged with bubbles and foams to ensure you will get your item in perfect condition.

# Material and Printing #

We use %100 natural granite rock slates. Edges of the stones are hand fractured for a better natural look. The stones are %100 UV and weather (water, snow, wind) resistant. The printing is permanent and doesn't need maintenance. Your stone and printing will endure for years without fading. The printing is life-like colorful, glossy, and vivid.
