What is your production time and shipping time?

Production time is usually 1–2 business days. Standard shipping is tracked and delivery time depends on the destination. DHL Express is tracked and is usually the fastest option. If you need your order by a specific date, please message us before ordering with your event date + country, and we’ll recommend the safest option for your timeline.

Custom and personalized orders

Many items in our shop are made to order and personalized with names, dates, or custom text. Because personalized and made-to-order items are created specifically for you, they can’t be returned or exchanged for change-of-mind reasons unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect. If a listing shows a different return policy, the listing policy applies.

Each product’s size is listed in the description and/or shown in the listing photos. If you need a custom size, please include the measurement unit (inches or centimeters) to avoid mistakes.

Will I receive a proof before you make it?

Not automatically. Because we begin production quickly, proofs are only provided when requested in advance or when needed for the design. If you need a proof, please message us before ordering. Please note that requesting a proof may extend the processing time.
