Do you accept returns?

Yes! (and no). Custom-made and personalized goods are not eligible for return or exchange. Non-personalized, unused, regular production items can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (minus shipping charges). Buyers are responsible for return shipping. Cancellations are permitted within 48 hours of order placement.

When will I receive my order?

Unless otherwise specified, everything in the OCHRE handcrafted lineup is made-to-order just for you - production times vary by product-type and current workload, and the lead times are noted at checkout (these are updated regularly, so if you've had something in your cart for a while, the processing time may have changed). Your order is GUARANTEED to be in the mail by the scheduled ship date, we've never missed a single deadline!

Buckle-free leather watch straps with a hidden shock-cord closure.
These rugged leather watch bands are crafted using rich full-grain leathers from the famous Horween and Wickett & Craig tanneries.
Instead of a traditional buckle closure, these bracelets use a hidden shock cord - this unique approach offers the most comfortable fit possible. Without having a fixed length, the soft leather cuff flexes and forms with every movement. Also, the absence of metal hardware under the wrist makes for a very smooth and seamless grip. Available in both 22mm and 24mm lug widths and a variety of leather/stitch combinations. To order your own unique piece, include your custom design details at checkout.

These handmade watch straps have a precise, one-size fit with no closure - extra care must be taken to record your measurement correctly. The best method is to use your existing band as the template -- your size is equal to the lug-to-lug measurement of your current band (not including the watch itself). Use the sizing diagram as a guide, and feel free to contact me with any questions about fit and sizing. These straps include a courtesy set of generic telescopic spring-bars. They may not fit all watches - in some cases, it may be necessary to substitute the watch manufacturer's spring-bars.

The color examples were photographed under natural light, and they're a good representation of how the leather looks in person, but some variation is always to be expected.
