As we sell digital download embroidery designs a refund will not be possible. We all make mistakes from time to time but as they are downloads, the pattern would have been sent to you by etsy immediately, so the transaction of goods has already been made. If this is ever the case, please contact us with your order number and we will offer you a substitute design amounting to the same value or if there is no design you would like right away, bare this in mind and contact us when there is. We will personally send the design over to your email address. There will be a history of purchases and messages so we can check easily to see how much it is for. We will do our best to help.

All 4 daisies are in one 4x4 embroidery file

Comes with easy to follow step by step instructions and uses vinyl, leatherette or felt.

This design is a fixed design with placement and tack down box - meaning all 4 designs are set in one hooping. The hooping size is 4x4 and all 4 designs are stitched together. These cannot be separated.

These are 2d and 3d daisy zipper charms which are simple but effective

There are 3 charms which are 1.5 by 2 inches and one which is a slightly smaller daisy which is 1.2 by 1.6 inches

This Embroidery Design is not a finished product.

It is a digital file for use with an embroidery machine.

You must have an embroidery machine in order to use this design and hardware to transfer it to your machine. This file is an instant download.

You will need
4x4 hoop
Embroidery Threads: White & Yellow
Vinyl or leatherette x 2 pieces
Medium Tear away stabilizer (folded and doubled over)
2 Pieces of Vinyl or 1 vinyl for front a 1 felt for back to fit your hoop
Hole punch
Small sharp scissors
Normal cutting scissors
Masking Tape
20+mm split ring, beaded chain, Lobster Clasp

If you open this design in another software first, you may find that the trim codes turn into jumps so maybe transfer straight to your embroidery machine and follow the instructions :)

All of my designs are designed by myself and then stitched out by me and my testers so we can iron out any creases before putting them up for sale

Although I am OK for you to use the design for your crafting needs and for making items for sale (within reason) I do not give permission for them to be made and sold wholesale.

Excellent! Of no consequence, all four versions were in one 4X4 design. I have software and could maneuver the deigns to suit my purpose. However, it might be an issue for novice users.
