How do I send a picture for my purchased item?

Send a picture via the "Message Ursula" button or email mestorydesigns@gmail.com (Title: Your order number). The higher the resolution photo the clearer the image on the poster. A photo effect will be applied.

What is your current turnaround time?

My current non-rush turnaround is 2-3 business days (Mon-Fri). If you need an upgrade to a few hours, add the following item to the cart along with the poster: https://www.etsy.com/listing/685173113/rush-my-order-or-custom-change-request Note: Rush orders CANNOT be canceled.

Why would I want a digital printable file instead of a physical print?

Digital prints mean print at your convenience, as many times as you want. No shipping fees and no waiting for your print to arrive. Because the file is emailed to you, you can have the final product in your hands much faster than if purchasing a hard copy. Need it really fast? Print at a one-hour photo lab - you could potentially have your order printed the same day you order it.

Due to the nature of the item I provide, you may not return or be refunded. I do copy and paste most of the time so make sure you have punctuation how you would like. If an item needs to be reprinted, I am not responsible for any printing costs that have accumulated. I encourage you to double-check the file before printing.

All digital files from my shop are for personal use only. You are welcome to print it for yourself or as a gift, but you CANNOT resell it in part or whole - either in a digital or printed format. No commercial use or reselling is allowed also, please do not share your files. Copyright of my artwork does not transfer with purchase.
