To ensure long life for your jewelry, we recommend keeping it dry. While we build our jewelry to last, many of our materials are naturally sensitive to moisture and may oxidize when exposed to water. Additionally, some crystals and feathers are fragile by nature, so please be gentle with your treasures!

Feathers:
Most of our feathers can be rejuvenated with a hair flattener on low heat, pressing gently and slowly ironing in the direction of the feather grain. Please do not iron our orange-tipped feather earrings.

Gauges:
Wipe with a damp cloth to clean. Please do not rinse or submerge.

We are always happy to work with you to create a variation of an existing item or a new idea from scratch, just for you!

All of our earrings can be converted into gauges, hangers, or tunnel inserts. Custom gauge sizes and single flare plugs are available on request.

Payment must be made in full before work will begin on custom items. Custom designs are not eligible for coupons, discounts, or returns.

For items without selection photos, you can leave a note at checkout specifying your preferences for color, size, and shape, and we'll do our best to choose the perfect crystal for you!

If you prefer to choose your exact crystal, we offer a complimentary selection photo of our current stock for any paid order. Just leave us a note when you purchase to let us know you'd like to choose your own crystal :)

All our standard chains and hooks are lead-free, cadmium-free, and nickel-safe (made without nickel but may contain trace amounts from production machinery), but many do contain copper so they may not be suitable for sensitive skin.

If you have sensitive skin, we can make a hypoallergenic version of most designs. We have surgical grade stainless steel, sterling silver, cotton cord, clip-on hooks, and other materials on hand to ensure your safety and comfort!

For stainless steel chain or earring hooks, leave us a note at checkout to let us know your preference. For anything else, send us a message to arrange for a custom hypoallergenic order :)

We accept returns or exchanges on unworn, non-customized items. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery (holiday orders by Jan. 8th) to arrange for a return.

Returns must be authorized by us prior to sending. Items must be in their original condition and packaging and postmarked within 30 days of delivery (holiday orders by January 22nd). Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless we have made a mistake, in which case we will cover the cost.

Upon receiving your return in undamaged, unworn condition (no visible wear or perfume odor), we will add your replacement item to our work queue or issue a refund for the cost of the returned item.

International orders usually arrive within 3 weeks of shipment, but some may take longer, up to 8 weeks depending on location and customs. Thanks for your patience! Please notify us of lost packages within 90 days of ship date.

Please note, buyers outside the US are responsible for any customs duties or VAT fees that may arise. Please review your country's tax policies before ordering. It is illegal for us to mark our packages as "gift" to avoid fees- thanks for understanding. Packages returned due to unpaid VAT will be refunded for the cost of the items only.

Due to limited availability of natural materials, time constraints, and the complexity of creating handmade art in bulk, we are not currently offering wholesale pricing. We do offer a 15% discount on bulk orders for businesses- just message us to receive the coupon code. Thanks so much for supporting our creative vision!
