How long does it take for my order to be completed?

We will strive to complete your personalized, handmade item in 2-3 days, this is the processing time. We will then ship your order with the United States Postal Service (USPS). There are shipping upgrades at checkout that will speed up the delivery.

Can my item be shipped as gift and gift wrapped?

Yes, all pieces will be shipped in a logo stamped gift box, perfect for gift giving. If your order is being sent straight to the recipient we can also include a short, handwritten note from you. Select the "add a gift note" box at checkout and enter your message.

If your jewelry arrives damaged or experiences a break within the first 60 days, please contact us. We will happily repair or replace the defective piece. After 60 days, repairs are available for a small fee. Refunds cannot be issued after 60 days.

How Do I Send a Photo for Custom Engraving?

We can engrave exact handwriting, fingerprints, handprints, paw prints, children's drawings and logos. All we need is a photo sent to us in either an Etsy Message, or emailed to us at info@tomdesignshop.com and reference your order number.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. We ship exactly to the address provided at purchase. We cannot refund, replace, or remake orders that are delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.

Custom and personalized orders

Engraved and personalized pieces are made uniquely for you. Because these items are customized, they are not eligible for refunds. If our team made an error or if there is a quality issue with your piece, please contact us and we’ll make it right. Non-engraved items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns are processed 2–3 business days after the package arrives at our studio.

Our 4 Sided Medical ID Necklace can be personalized with a medical symbol, medical terms, words, phases, emergency contact information, etc. with up to 4 sides engraved. Available in silver, gold, and rose gold stainless steel materials, and 2 bar sizes - thick and thin.
