SHELF LIFE: Unopened products that are stored in darkness with cool temperatures will last one year. Once the product is opened, they have a shelf life of 3 to 6 months. Note: With these recipes and products being all natural and organic as well as historical- they are prone to change consistency in varying weather conditions. That does not take away from their potency or their quality- it just means that it's a natural product without any chemical additives. Our products may melt. We can't guarantee what consistency they will arrive in during the summer months. If this happens- put them in the fridge and give them a stir once cool.

GIFT WRAPPING / GIFT NOTES / Personalization

GIFT NOTES: Let us know if this is a gift. We have special cards to put in with the order. Let us know what you would like to say and we can write a little note on the card. GIFT WRAP: We generally don't gift wrap - We do wrap many of our items in fancy paper to begin with. As always a gift box is recommended. PERSONALIZATION: We do not offer personalization options for our items.

ANIMAL TESTING / VEGAN

No animal testing at any point during production- just 2 adorable Apothecary Cats that help supervise. We also have vegan products. All our ingredients are listed in the listing. Feel free to ask if you have questions.

NOTE: If you get one with some "lumps," don't worry; it's beeswax. I got a little happy scraping the bowl and didn't realize I had taken some from the side that had cooled early on before it could mix properly with the rest. But I quickly fixed it, only potting a few that way. The most significant part of the potted batch is smooth and as expected. I'm sure this happened historically, too.

This all-natural product is useful for all sorts of skin-related blemishes. Great for all skin types. And a little goes a long way! The original recipe says, " It cle ars and pres erves the complexion and is of use for red pimpled faces". I have been testing this cream for a few months now, and the original uses are correct, it quickly helps broken or red skin, including common spots and breakouts.
