When will my order ship?

You will receive an email from Etsy with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our studio. When you order ships widly depends on the item you are ordering. Each listing has an estimated ship window. Most are 3 to 5 business days. Custom items can take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks.

How long does it take to make my guestbook?

Guest books have a 2 to 3 week production time. This does not include shipping times. Please add another 3 to 5 business days for shipping. We work hard during peak season to keep these times accurate, however it it always advised to order well in advance no matter what.

How can I print my invitations?

Custom Modern Wedding Stamp

This custom modern stamp is just what you need to brand your wedding. Stamp invites, thank you cards, favor tags, napkins etc.

This listing is for the design in the first image. Photo props or ink pads are not included.

ABOUT OUR STAMPS
We make all of our stamps in house from the design to the engraving and then mounting.
Our stamps are mounted on pine wooden blocks.
Optional wooden handle can be mounted to the top. This will cover the engrave on the stamp block.
Packaged with a care card and stamping tips.
Ink pads are not included in this purchase. These can be purchased separately at any craft store.
Various sizes are available at checkout. You are choosing based on the width. The height will be proportionate to the width.
Handles are not available on 1/2" stamps.

HOW TO ORDER YOUR STAMP
1. Choose your stamp size then enter your personalization details in the box provided.
2. Once we receive your order, we will send you a proof via the Etsy messages for approval. It's a good idea to turn on notifications for your Etsy app so you are notified when we send your proof. We cannot begin making your stamp until we have proof approval. Any delay in approving the proof will delay the processing and shipping and may result in us canceling your order if you time is tight.
3. Once your stamp in made we will send you a shipping email with tracking. Please allow up to 5 business days for your stamp to be made after you approve your proof.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
All stamps ship First Class mail by default ( 3 to 5 business days ) Priority Mail is also available at checkout ( 2 to 3 business days ).
During the Holidays mail transit time estimates will vary and most likely be extended. Please plan for longer transit times.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items. However this there is an issue with our item please message us right away.
