Shipping delay refunds

We are not in control of shipping delays by the delivery provider after we dispatch a package. Therefore, shipping delays and late deliveries will not be considered for refund or partial refund. Feel free to message us if you are looking to receive something before a certain deadline and we would be happy to assess whether a package can be shipped earlier.

Incorrect Address Submitted

If the address on the order is not the current address of the customer, or has a typo submitted by the customer, the customer may inform the seller of the preferred address to use before the item is dispatched. If the customer informs the seller of an incorrect address after the order is dispatched, refunds will not be accepted.

- The opening is an oval that is 4.5 cm at its widest, 3.6 cm at its narrowest
- This item comes in 2 separate pieces, a tail and a body
- The mouth is handpainted with acrylic paint while the eyes, cheeks and stripes are make from plastic and snapped into the yellow body
- 7.5 cm by 10.2 cm by 6.5 cm tall (these dimensions include the tail, without it this items takes up 7.5 cm by 7.2 cm 6.0 cm)
- Can be used to hold small items, pens/pencils, plants, etc
- 3D printed with PLA
- Let me know if a drainage hole is desired, a 5mm hole will be added
- Due to the nature of 3D printing, there is a very subtle seam on the back of the Pikachu body shown in the last photo
