This design has some curved pieces but as they are of a good size the curves are easy to manage and are actually a great place for a beginner to practice.

Asymmetrical designs in English Paper Piecing are quite rare so this block makes for an interesting sew.


The finished size of the block is approx. 10" x 10" (25.4cm x 25.4cm) - some variation can occur depending on how tightly you stitch and the thickness of fabric used.

There are 2 downloads available on this listing - 1 is formatted for A4 paper and the other in US Format. You only need to print the pages that suit your copy paper.
On each pattern pieces sheet there is a 1" square so you can check that your paper pieces are printing to scale.
