How and when will I receive my order in my country?

We ship from Switzerland via SwissPost. All orders are READY TO SHIP IN 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS after receipt of your payment. We will notify you by e-mail once we have shipped your item. We try to present jewels in such a way that their pictures are representative of how they really look and that you can see all of their details. In the description we also provide full details on sizes and materials used for each jewel. If, in spite of everything, you wish to see the jewel from another angle or you want to know other details, do not hesitate to contact us by message or e-mail: we will be glad to solve all your doubts.

What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

You can return it within 14 days and get your money back or buy another jewel instead. Please contact us BEFORE sending back a product so as to find together a solution. However keep in mind that each jewel is handmade so small unique differences are part of what add to the beauty of a uniquely made one by one art-form. Once we receive your item back: your jewelry will be accepted for return/exchange after a quality check and only if it is in new, unworn condition and has not been damaged or otherwise altered after delivery. You will be able to follow the exact status of the shipment using the tracking number of your order.

What kind of materials are used for the making of your jewels?

Our jewelry is made of 925 Sterling Silver. Some pieces may have 18ct Gold or brass components. Other materials we like to work with are natural stones (both precious and semi-precious), ebony wood and leather.

☛ CARE TIPS
Sterling silver is a hard metal that will stand the test of time but it tend to tarnish or darken over time and when comes in contact with the oils of your skin. So aged or darkened metal is a natural process and it really depends on each individual person as to how long it will take before your piece tarnishes. Tarnish is the superficial oxidation caused by the contact of the silver with the sulfur of the atmosphere. Stains created by this process, at an early stage can be removed easily by rubbing with a soft piece of cloth. At a later stage, when the jewels are too tarnished, you need to use one of the many liquid cleansers for silver items that are widely available in the market.

Like all jewelry, in order for your silver ones to remain as shiny and beautiful as new, you have to follow some rules:
*Store your jewelry in a clean and dry place or in a plastic zip-bag.
*Try to avoid perfume, lotion, chlorine, and other chemicals or cosmetics, to maintain the beauty of the jewelry.
*Clean your sterling silver pieces regularly.
*The safest and most effective way to polish sterling silver is to wipe it gently with a soft cloth
*If you want to remove silver tarnish, you can try adding a small amount of mild detergent to the piece, and then use a soft cloth
