How long until I receive my order?

80% of our orders are made and dispatched within 3 business days with the remainder made and dispatched within 5 business days. After dispatch, it takes 3 to 5 business days for postage in the USA and 6 to 12 business days everywhere else. To make sure you receive your order in time for a special occasion, we recommend allowing 8 business days from order until delivery in the US and 13 business days in Canada. All orders include full tracking to delivery.

Can you rush my order so I receive it by a certain date?

To be fair to all customers, we no longer move orders ahead in the queue so you receive it quicker. If you require an order by a certain date, please allow 8 business days in the US and 13 business days in Canada from order to delivery to ensure it arrives in time.

Can you make a table runner or pillow to a specific size?

Due to our method of fabric printing and the time involved in creating our print files, we are unable to offer custom size products.

How do I hang my tapestry?

Do you offer custom orders, gift wrapping or gift cards?

Currently we do not offer these options.

Can you describe your Spun Polyester fabric?

Spun Polyester is a medium weight polyester fabric which is generally cheaper than Cotton Twill & Faux Linen but provides you with several huge benefits. First of all, it looks and feels like cotton at a lower cost. Spun Poly is extremely durable, doesn’t require ironing, will not shrink and has great washability. It’s also a color-fast material that will resist stains. Care Instructions: Machine Washable

Do you ship outside of the US?

In the past we have shipped outside of the US, however with the cost of shipping internationally increasing significantly we no longer offer this option.
