Do you offer free shipping for your handmade ceramics?

Yes, we offer free shipping on domestic orders of $35 or more. All orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days. Domestic orders ship with the United States Postal Service (USPS) Ground Advantage (6-10 days) or Priority Mail (3-5 days). All orders with free shipping ship with USPS Ground Advantage Mail. International Orders ship according to your choice of carrier and shipping speed during the checkout. Once your order is received and shipped, you will receive an order receipt, shipping notification, and order tracking number.

How long does it take to ship and receive my order?

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Domestic Ground Advantage packages are usually delivered in 6-10 business days and Domestic Priority Mail packages are usually delivered between 3-5 business days. USPS Tracking®service is included in the price.

What about if my ordered is delayed in transit or stolen?

We are not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier or stolen as these circumstances are beyond our control. Once we hand your item(s) over to the shipping carrier, it is their responsibility to deliver the item. Please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft, you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department. In case of inclement weather or interruption of communications services, we cannot guarantee the established processing and shipping times but will process and ship all orders as soon as the issues the issues have resolved.

What is your return policy?

Due to handmade nature of our product, we do not except returns, exchanges, or requests for alteration after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests (e.g., specific product volume or glaze variation preference) through a message conversation during the ordering process. We only know about your preference or request if you specify it in your message or order note. We always do our best to help and accommodate your request.

Do you take custom orders and what is the time frame?

We take customs orders if within our scope of work. Please note that a flat fee of $6.50 per each custom-made piece will be added to your order. All custom orders are paid in advance and if canceled after the production has started, we will be unable to cancel or refund your order. Because each custom item is made to order and crafted specifically for you, we are unable to accept cancellations, changes, or returns. All custom orders take 3 to 5 weeks to produce.

How soon do I get a refund for a returned order?

Once we receive the item(s), we will inspect it/them and if received in good condition, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it shipped?

If a customer's order is returned to the seller for ANY reason (e.g., incorrect mailing address, address not serviced by USPS), we will gladly re-ship your order but you will be responsible paying for the re-shipment.

My item(s) arrived broken - what do I do?

All orders are insured up to $100. If you would like to increase insurance of your order to match the order value, please leave us a note when you place the order. All broken items and packaging should be photographed and a claim reporting the issue should be submitted with USPS on their website. Please be aware that USPS may require to inspect the packaging and broken items to approve the refund.
