How does my gift box arrive?

Please note that as mentioned in each listing description gift box sets arrive unassembled. Gift Boxes are easily put together in less than 20 seconds. Paper shredding is not included. Our gift boxes arrive unassembled to protect the items and prevent accidental damages while in transit.

Custom and personalized orders

If your order arrives broken or mishandled please contact me via Etsy messaging with a photo of mishandled items. Items that arrive broken or mishandled qualify for a replacement. Not a refund.
