Can I sew on the patches with no sewing experience?

Yes! Most customers have little to no sewing experience, nor do they own a sewing machine. All you need are some needles and thread, sit down in front of your TV and sew away. There are mini sewing kits available on the shop to get you started. Hemming stitch or overcast stitch are recommended for a more secure finish.

I accidentally provided the wrong address.

Please let me know ASAP and I will fix the issue. In most cases, orders will not be sent at least until the next business day, so customers will have some time to let me know. If the order's already been dispatched, USPS may still allow the recipient to change their address. If not, I would not be able to resend the order until it's returned to me. Additional costs may apply. To avoid complications, please check your address before placing an order.

Something I want is sold out.

Unless it is a one of a kind item or a discontinued item, most things are restocked regularly. You may message me to request it. Requested stuff will be prioritized and they'll be back on the shop ASAP.

Custom and personalized orders

While not all custom work is doable, please don't hesitate to DM me to discuss it. This should be done BEFORE you place any order. Please do not place the order and attach a note with the requests! An additional cost may apply. This will include time, labour and expenses required to make the item. The cost will vary, and it will be discussed upfront. Etsy's system requires 100% payment, before any order is prepared. The product can be prepared in 1 to 7 business days, depending on what it is and how long it would take to make it. If you need them by a specific date, please plan ahead and provide enough time for it to be processed.

You may use my items to resell as they are, or use as part of your products (ie. adding patches to clothes), use them for swag bags and patch parties.

I got a message saying "Your order is still processing" or "Your order could not be completed."

Sometimes, this is just a technical glitch. It is just taking longer, but will be finished processing within 2 days. If you do end up receiving a "Your order could not be completed", it is recommended to try a different card/method, and avoid Multi-Shop Checkout when purchasing.

The best way to iron out any creases, with any fabric used for my products (ie. broadcloth, cotton, microfibre, etc.) is to spritz the material with water, set the iron setting to low-mid, iron firmly for 5-7 seconds, repeat on both sides if necessary. Washing it will also help. It is recommended to test a small area first, and to start with a lower iron setting. A setting too high may damage the material.
