Q: What am I allowed to do with the images purchased in your store?

A: All the design resources available in our store are licensed to allow usage in personal and commercial projects, but not directly resold or redistributed. ✔ You may use my images in your crafts and designs. You may then sale your finished product on Etsy or other online marketplace, craft and art fairs, etc. Distribution of the images must be as an end product, i.e. t-shirts, coasters, jewelry, accessories and such. Copyright is not transferred with the purchasing of an image. When you pay, you are paying to use the image, not to own the image. I retain their copyrights. ... Basically, you can do anything with the images except actions that compete with my business or make it easy for another person to have the image.

Q: What cannot I do with the images purchased in your store?

A: ✘ Images may NOT be distributed as is digitally, they may not be published for digital resale in their original form. ✘ Images may NOT be published for sale on any print-on-demand distribution sites such as cafepress.com, polyvore.com, zazzle.com, redbubble.com, and other such sites that may not be listed. ✘ You may NOT make the item available in such a way that someone could steal the image. If you would like to post it up on web, it must be small (300 pixels on the largest side) and watermarked.

Q: Do you offer .studio3 files?

A: No, I don't. These are proprietary file formats exclusive to Silhouette and cannot be sold by third party.

Q: How do I cancel my order?

As you know digital goods cannot be returned so they are non-refundable. However I will cancel your order per your request if the files have not been downloaded yet. ONCE YOU START DOWNLOADING THE CONTENT YOU CAN NO LONGER BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND. If you want to cancel your purchase BEFORE DOWNLOADING the files, please send me an email 6DogArts [!at] gmail.com or through Etsy's convo system (preferred). I will refund you in full the same way you've paid me.
