Custom and personalised orders

You can request a custom order by going on to my shop page and clicking 'Request Custom Order'. An example of a recent custom order was a lady who messaged me on a Tuesday, she needed menu holders for an event happening on the following Monday... The challenge was that she lived in Utah, 4600 miles away from the UK!! I got to work straight away and within 24 hours I sent the 13 menu holders by courier to Utah which were on a plane the next morning.

All of our products are handmade to order, if you would like a bespoke size please get in touch prior to ordering.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All of our items are packaged in 100% recyclable materials. Your order will be wrapped in brown kraft paper which is ideal for sending gifts straight to the recipient!

Copper pipe utensil and pan hanging rail - Solid brass fittings

Made in North East England, this rail is designed to hang your utensils, pots and cups while bringing an industrial addition to your kitchen. The solid brass wall mounts secure the polished copper bar to the wall, and the required wall plugs and solid brass screws are included.

Copper plated steel hooks are supplied which are very strong, each order comes with enough for 1 per 10cm of rail.
(Note, the hooks will not tarnish over time as they are sealed when plated)

The copper is available in two different finishes:

Natural finish: This finish is polished, but not lacquered. This means that over time it will darken to a lovely patina.

Lacquered finish: The lacquered finish is completely invisible and involves spraying the copper with a coating to seal it. This prevents the darkening and helps retain the beautiful rose gold finish.

Depth of rail: 4cm

Orders 90cm or over in length are supplied with an additional brass wall fixing for added strength.
Additionally, orders over 90cm will be supplied in two halves which will push together with a fitting. (Supplied with 4x wall fittings)
