When will I receive my item?

After payment is confirmed you will received them INSTANTLY! All Ink Pie purchases are instant downloads including SVG, PNG, JPG and DXF files in a zipped folder. Please note: No physical item will be mailed to you. You must extract the files before using them. To Extract the Files: To extract all or individual files from a zipped folder, do the following: Double-click the compressed (zipped) folder. Select the file or files you want to extract. Right-click your selection and click Cut. Navigate to the location you want to unzip the files to. Right-click and select Paste.

What type of files will I receive?

A JPG (Jpeg) file is a raster image with a white background. Think of this one like you would a normal picture. A PNG file is a raster image that supports a transparent background. An SVG file is a vector image and is a cut-ready file. In most design software, including Silhouette and Cricut, you can ungroup or release compound path in this file to break apart the image enabling you to cut individual elements. If you are using Silhouette Basic this file cannot be opened. A DXF file is a basic cut file that can be opened in Silhouette Basic Edition Software. Due to the nature of digital files Ink Pie does not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Please carefully check the requirements of your intended use before purchasing.

How can I use the downloaded files?

Get as crafty as you can! You can use the Ink Pie files to make as many crafty items as your heart desires for yourself or to give as gifts to friends and family but please remember not to share or forward the actual digital files. These files are available for personal and small business commercial use up to 100 units handmade by you the buyer. Mass production or resale of the digital files in any form is not allowed. Please do not use the files at any print-on-demand websites.

The downloaded files are giving me an error. What can I do?

It's possible the files were corrupted during the download. Please try deleting the files and re-download them by going to your Purchases page and clicking on them again. If you are still having trouble please contact me and we will work it out together!
