What is the difference between paper prints and canvas options?

Paper prints arrive unframed unless the listing states otherwise. Stretched canvas is mounted on a wooden support frame, without an outer decorative frame. Framed canvas adds an outer floating frame. Rolled canvas is unstretched and needs professional stretching or framing; it is available only in selected non-U.S. listings. Please check the format you select and the listing’s “What you receive” details.

Where will my order be made and shipped from?

The shipping origin depends on the listing and delivery country. U.S. print and canvas listings are fulfilled by my professional U.S. printing partner. Paper prints and rolled canvas offered for Europe and the UK are produced and shipped from my studio in Bulgaria. Availability varies by product and destination. For cross-border orders, taxes or import charges may depend on local rules; please review the listing and checkout information before ordering.

What sizes and materials are available?

Available sizes and materials are listed on each product page and may differ by format and destination. Please choose from the options in the listing. For sets, check the size stated for each individual piece. Colors may look slightly different on screen and in print. If you need help choosing a size or matching an existing print, message me before ordering.

Help! I accidentally typed incorrect, incomplete, or old address!

In case you entered an incorrect address and noticed that after the payment, please contact me immediately! We have a short time frame for processing your order and shipping the package. That’s why it is best to contact me as soon as possible, as to check if there is still time for adjustments. I bear no responsibility in case you provided a wrong, incomplete, or an old address, and you did not notify me before shipping. After shipping the parcel, I have no control over it and cannot make any corrections of the recipient's address.

Please, enter your address only with Latin alphabet characters and numbers, and without any additional symbols – like an asterisk, quotation marks, and other hieroglyphs, because adding such could result in an error when printing the address and it will make it difficult for the scanning machines in the post offices. This will also, result in a delay in delivery.

How long will my order take, and how much is shipping?

Please use the estimated delivery window shown by Etsy for your address. This includes production time and transit time, which vary by product and destination. Shipping charges and any applicable offers are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates, so please contact me before ordering if you need your artwork for a particular date.

Can I request personalization or a custom set?

Please message me before purchasing with the listing link, your requested name or text, preferred size and delivery country. I will confirm whether the request is possible, along with any additional cost and production time. Customization is not available for every design or product. For listings with a personalization box, please follow the instructions shown there.

Why is my order late? There is a delay during Black Friday, Christmas and New Year’s Celebration.

The average time, from the day your parcel is dispatched to day of arrival to you, is 1-3 weeks. However, due to the post office or customs delays, as well as weather and national or local holidays, a package may be delayed for up to 30 days. Your item is considered ‘lost’ after it hasn’t arrived for 35 Business days from the date it was dispatched on. If the tracking information is showing that the parcel is in your country, please contact your national postal services to find out the approximate time of delivery. However, if after this 35-day period, you have not received your parcel, I will re-send your order or reimburse your payment, upon your request!

Do you sell digital downloads?

Yes. Listings marked “Digital download” contain files only; no physical item is shipped. Instant-download files become available after payment is confirmed. Download them from your Etsy account’s Purchases section using a web browser on your phone or computer; downloads are not currently supported in the Etsy app. Guest buyers can use the download link in their Etsy receipt email. Custom digital orders follow the delivery time stated in their listing. Please contact me if you need help accessing your files.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your prints arrive damaged during shipping, don’t worry — I’ll send you new ones free of charge. Please contact me through Etsy Messages first and send clear photos of: • The damaged print(s), showing the damage. • The packaging, including any visible damage. • The shipping label, with the tracking number visible. These photos help me document the issue and arrange your replacement. Please keep the prints and packaging until we’ve confirmed the next steps. I’m here to help and want you to enjoy your artwork in perfect condition!
