Are these items previously used?

Please remember that our items are vintage and are not without minor faults. We do our best to disclose all pertinent and obvious issues.

What kind of payments do we accept?

Payment • PayPal, Credit Cards and Etsy Gift Cards accepted as payment. • Items sold and shipped to addresses within Canada are subject to government sales tax. • Layaways are available for items over $150 (two weeks). First payment due within the first week and is non-refundable. Please inquire for details. • We will reserve items for up to 4 days. Please send us a note to request a reserve.

Do we accept refunds or returns?

No refunds or returns. We understand it is difficult to purchase vintage items online; therefore, we include detailed measurements on all of our listings. Please make sure that you have used the measurements we have provided, to ensure proper fit by comparing them to a similar item you already own. We will work with you to resolve any issues. Please contact us as soon as you receive the item! If you are unsure, please do not hesitate to ask us a question - we are always happy to respond!

Do we accept Exchanges for Shop Credit?

We gladly accept exchanges for shop credit in any of our 3 Etsy shops (Pontiac Dry Goods, Naked in the Bowery, and Blink Optical). Our exchange policies are: 1. The buyer must contact us within 3 days of delivery, and the item must be postmarked within 7 days after it is received. Please mark the item a return so there are no additional customs or duty charges. 2. The item must be in its original state, unworn condition, and without damage. 3. We only allow 1 exchange per purchase. 4. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs - both shipping the merchandise back to us, and for shipping out the new item. 5. Store credit can only be used for a full-priced item. 6. We do not accept exchanges for items that were on sale.

We do not accept order cancellations. But in a rare case that we do, we will charge for all costs associated with relisting the item (Etsy's listing fees are nonrefundable).

Who is responsible to pay for Tariffs, Duties and Taxes

On August 29th the US President ended the De Minimis $800 Expedition on all goods shipped to the United States. As outlined in our Shop Policies "All buyers (including those in the USA) are responsible for any Tariffs, Duties or Fees that may apply".
