+Special notice for the white case+
The white eco case is made from a slightly different composition to the other colours. It is made from natural wood fibre whereas the other colours are made from natural wheat.
Therefore the buttons on the white case may be stiff to use at first but will become less stiff over time and use. The white one is also Certified 100% Compostable by SGS.

+CARE
Phone cases can be wiped clean.
Due to the environmentally friendly material, there is no plastic barrier in the cases - the phone cases can discolour with use and exposure to denim, dark and/or damp places etc. is not recommended
Soapy water and alcohol work well as soon as any discolouration shows.

+PACAKAGING
Only paper, cardboard and kraft tape is used in the packaging - all of which can be recycled.
Panda Blossom will aim to gradually roll out this type of packaging in the near future for all other products.

Disposing of Biodegradable Case:

If your local authority is able to compost such items then that is great! But if not, the cases need to be taken to an industrial composter. If there isn't a suitable industrial composter then you will need to take it to a waste disposal center where it will be converted into green energy.

You should not take it to the following places:
- put it in a landfill
- normal composting e.g. green waste
- plastic recycling center

Although the cases are environmentally friendly, there is a lack of services that are able to deal with such materials. However, they are increasing around the UK, and hopefully around the world as more and more companies use compostable packaging.

As an EU buyer, when purchasing from Etsy, VAT – if applicable – will be included in the purchase price at the time of sale.

VAT will be collected at the time of checkout where the value of the package is less than 150 EUR and you should not be charged additional VAT by the courier. For packages over 150 EUR, VAT will be collected by the carrier with the customs duty.

Unfortunately, many EU countries and their customs department are asking customers to pay VAT and customs again. This is a mistake as VAT has already been paid. You can contact Etsy direcly with the receipt/invoice and amopunt paid and request a refund on the cusoms and VAT that you've had to pay again.
