FAQ's

===================================
What type of files will I get?

I provide you with PDF files. Print shops generally request PDFs as they are able to completely retain design and they cause less issues for the printers. That means that your print will turn out exactly as you are expecting! However, if you are needing a different file type, please let me know!
===================================
How can I get my prints done?

Once you download your PDFs, you will be able to send them directly to a print shop if they accept online orders. You can also put the PDFs onto a flash drive and take them into the shop.

You can also print right at home! Just make sure you have the right paper size for the print you are wanting and that your printer can accommodate the size as well.

If you are unaware of print shops near you, simply google print shops for your local area. Staples, UPS, FedEx, AlphaGraphics, etc. are national chains that provide print services as well.

*Please keep in mind that final print quality depends on paper and printer equipment quality. A printing guide is included with purchase, which includes my go-to solution for affordable prints!*
===================================
How long will I have access to the files?

Once you purchase the files, you will have lifetime access to them and you can print an unlimited number of times from the files.
===================================
Will my print be pixelated or blurry if I do a large size?

I have made the prints so that you have flexibility in size without sacrificing quality! The maximum sizes that I recommend are listed in each individual item’s description. If you need a bigger size, let me know!
===================================
How can I be notified when new prints hit the shop?

Follow me on instagram @inkandbrassdesigns for notifications about new prints and designs!
===================================
Why don’t you accept cancellations or returns?

Unfortunately, it is just not possible to cancel or return digital items because they are available automatically after payment. Thank you for understanding!

What if I have issues or other questions?

Hopefully I was able to answer most of your questions, but if not, feel free to contact me!
