If there are post office delays, can I get a refund?

I insure every single shipment both with the post office and a third party insurer. If your package is delayed by problems with USPS, or lost, you will receive a full refund if you cooperate with the insurance claims process. There is a period of time (based on whether the package was First Class or Priority) before the claim window opens and absolutely no refunds will be given before that time. I am required to have a buyer's affidavit in order to prove the claim is not fraudulent, and cannot finish the claims process without it. With your help, I am refunded so that I can refund you.

Ducklings and Goslings stuffies are both egg shaped huggable buddies, sitting approximately 7" tall. Very chubby and rounded, a real charmer! Duckling comes in White or Brown, Gosling (or "Ugly Duckling") is gray with black beak and feet. Knitted from my own original pattern, then felted for durability. Ducklings and Goslings have safety eyes that have been securely felted in place, but they are not meant for young children. They will be part of a large brood, so the one you receive may not be the one pictured, but be assured that he will be knit by the same hands, from the same pattern, with the same yarns, and every bit as lovable.
