Since all our products are highly customizable and made to order, unfortunately I cannot accept returns. If a defect in manufacturing or shipping is found, I will not ask you to return the product.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes! you can cancel your order but only within the first 24 hours after the order was placed. Once your order enters the design and production phase, I regret to inform you that it cannot be canceled.

Each sign we make in our shop is made from strong 14 gauge cold rolled steel.

• All items come standard with UPPERCASE lettering unless otherwise requested.

Due to personal preference, we do not drill holes for mounting. Several methods can be used to mount our signs. Hanging the sign from the design itself on a nail or screw is very common. Other commonly used methods to attach to a wall are adhesive tape, silicone, or magnets.
