If you've been to Tokyo, chances are you've seen this face peeking over the buildings in Kabuki-cho. It's one of the many little surprises hidden in Tokyo's busy streets that always makes me smile!

My Tokyo watercolour series is based on photos and memories from my last trip. The originals themselves were painted between 2018-2021, and the series is ongoing. I love watercolours because of that dreamy quality they have -- I find it suits nostalgia well and so is perfect for this series. These paintings are highly detailed, yet still present opportunities for your imagination to add your own memories.

Limited edition print I made using a high-resolution photo of my original watercolour art, and printed on special watercolour paper. The effect is stunning -- it looks like an original, even though it is not! Photos are of the print.
