Custom and personalized orders

We can do custom gift sets and personalize the packaging with a name, wish or other chosen text. We can also do favors for weddings, showers, parties etc. We also accept completely personalized product requests (custom formula with chosen ingredients) under conditions. Send us a message with your specific request or ask us to brainstorm ideas for that super special gift!

Wholesale availability

We can provide wholesale prices under conditions. Some products may be limited edition or in limited quantities, due to the nature of their material's origin -homegrown, wildcrafted, seasonal.

Gift wrapping and packaging

When an order is marked as a gift, the following packaging will be used. Gift wrapping uses new low waste material, recyclable/compostable paper and cardboard. Products marked as a gift will be mailed in a cardboard box with paper filling. A wishing card with your message is recommended for a memorable present (as an artist, my handwriting is goals-haha!).

Standard shipping is always a registered parcel with a tracking number. If you wish for a lower shipping cost for your destination, you could contact us to arrange for a non-registered parcel. Please note, though, that non-registered parcels cannot be tracked and there is a risk of loss, for which we are not responsible.

Broken / damaged item

We make sure to pack all our parcels securely, so as to protect the contents from any mishandling during transit. In case your items arrived damaged, please contact us immediately. We will ask you to send a photo of the broken item, and discuss possible solutions.

All packaging is kept low waste. Primary packaging material is paper and cardboard, recycled when available, always recyclable / compostable. In an effort to minimize waste, we reuse clean packaging material as appropriate. We might include pre-used packaging material in an order if it isn't marked as a gift. Any plastic packaging material is second hand. If you do not wish for ANY plastic, even second-hand, to be used in the packaging of your order, please contact us to arrange for a paper-only parcel.

Lost or stolen parcel

We are not responsible for lost packages, but it certainly is an unfortunate situation that we would like to resolve. Please contact us in the unlikely case of such an event, and we will try to find a solution with our shipping carrier.

Undelivered parcel due to absence - unclaimed parcels

The buyer is solely responsible for accepting the delivery of their order. Once a parcel has been dispatched, we unfortunately have no control over the delivery process at its destination. A tracking number is always provided, and we strongly recommend that buyers check it regularly to stay informed and ensure timely reception. Unclaimed or undelivered parcels returned to us will incur additional shipping costs if reshipment is requested.

I use it mainly in the monring! So moisturising, not heavy on the skin and I have no break outs using it, which was a great issue in past. Now I am only using Kalliopes and my skin feels and looks great!!
