Custom and personalized orders

The most popular sizes are available for selection, in a drop down menu, under each listing. However; I am open to creating a custom size for your specific project needs. Please message me for details, prior to ordering. I will create a custom listing for you to purchase.

Decals are made with high quality, outdoor grade vinyl. Guaranteed to last up to 3 years with proper care. Please do not put items in the dishwasher. Hand wash only. Also refrain from using abrasive chemicals and cleaners. Good ol' dawn soap is the perfect cleaner to keep your decal and cup in top shape! Please note: upon original application of your decal, allow up to a full 24 hours for the decal to cure. This will insure the best possible application. If you need application instructions, please see FAQ.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I will be happy to gift wrap your item and include a card! You'll find the "gift wrap" listing in my shop. Please add this item in the cart with the item you would like wrapped. Then checkout. You will be able to select if the gift is for a male or female, so it will be wrapped accordingly. If you would like the item sent to the receivers address, rather than your own, please include this information in the original purchase notes. If you prefer a personalized message in the card, include that as well.

Decal Application Instructions

For the best possible application of your decal. 1. Use rubbing alcohol to gently clean the surface of the application area. This removes dirt/grease and allows for clean application. Let the item dry thoroughly. 2. Gently peel the clear transfer tape away from the slick paper backing. The decal will lift away and is ready to be applied. 3. Center the decal in desired location. Apply starting from the center of decal and working your way out to the edges. Apply lots of pressure focusing on all areas, especially the dotted letter i's and smaller pieces of the decal. 4. Very gently peel clear transfer tape away from the decal. Apply more pressure to the decal to ensure all edges are flush. Allow 24 hours before using the item.

What are your return guidelines?

I will gladly accept returns on applicable items when communication is made within the return guidelines. Custom orders are NON-refundable. A custom order is considered any item that is designed & created just for you. Such as decals, stationary, paper products, etc... Failure to follow application instructions for the decals or the use of incompatible products does not constitute a refund or defective product.
