Before you make an order please do the following:

All our sales are final! > Read the full description of the listing before you make the purchase > Review the Terms and Conditions > Check shop announcements for any important messages You will receive a digital file nothing will be physically shipped to you. You will receive files where the fonts are outlined as for licensing reasons we can not supply you with the font. You will receive the files in your email straight after purchase + you can find them in your email. We are not held responsible if you are not able to locate the files as they are definitely there. We are able to email them to you if you have any issues with downloading the files. But no refund will be given at any point as they are digital files.

Can I use your files for commercial use?

You may use my files for personal use or for a small crafting business upto 200 products. There is an extended license available. You can use the files to make physical items using your die cut or plotting machine to sell in your shop or locally. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED: > Re-sell or Redistribute the original or altered files > Upload it to a print on demand website (like Zazzle) > Upload it in any sharing websites for any purpose

Which files will I receive?

How will I receive the files?

Files will be delivered electronically, no physical products will be sent. Once payment is complete your digital files will be available for download in your account and an email will be sent to your Etsy registered email. Do you issue refunds?

Due to the digital nature of the files we can't offer any refunds after the file has been downloaded. Please check the requirements of your programs/cutting machines before purchasing. If you have any issues with your files please get in touch with me through email or Etsy message. And I will make sure that you will receive files that will work for you. Please make sure before purchasing that your machine is compatible.

Custom and personalized orders

It is possible to create a custom order for you. It would be in the same style as the designs you find in my shop. You can message me through Etsy message or sent me an email.

How do I extract files from a zip folder?

WINDOWS > To unzip the entire folder, right-click (or press and hold) it, select Extract All, and then follow the instructions. > To unzip a single file or folder, double-click the zipped folder to open it. Then, drag or copy the item from the zipped folder to a new location. MAC > Double click the zipped file. > The file will automatically be decompressed by Archive Utility into the same folder the compressed file is in. > Access the extracted files by clicking the appropriate icons. > Upload your extracted file to your program

My files are not working

Sometimes files become corrupt during the download process. Just delete the files, and go to your Purchases page from the Etsy homepage to download the files again. If you are still experiencing a problem please message me and I will be able to help you.
