What should you do if your order is marked as 'Delivered,' but you haven't received it yet?

The best option is to copy provided tracking number and check the actual status of the parcel on "17track[.]net" site. In 99% of cases, the parcel is at the recipient's local Post Office. Tracked parcels shipped from Poland have an obligatory signature requirement, so in case of absence at the delivery time, parcels are taken to the local PO and are waiting for pick up. Sometimes mailmen don't leave notifications about a missed delivery. Etsy has a limited shipping status on their site, at the moment when the parcel arrives at the Post Office, it's "Delivered" for Etsy, when it actually should be "Waiting for pick up". If you can't pick up your parcel in person, check out your Post Office phone number and give them a call.

What if you haven't claim parcel on time?

In case when the parcel was not claimed by the customer on time and the parcel came back to me, I can re-ship your order or issue a refund if the order is not wanted/needed anymore, yet the refund won't include a shipping price and the return shipping costs will also be deducted. In case of re-shipping, the buyer is responsible for issuing the payment for postage (the same price as during making an order).

What to do if your silver-colored hair accessories are getting stains?

Not all silver-colored jewelry supplies are available in the 'stainless' version. Therefore, your hair accessory might appear to have stains over time. If this happens, don't worry, as it's easy to clean. To clean the surface of the item, you'll need a cosmetic cotton pad and a mixture of baking soda and lemon juice. Mix them in a 1:1 proportion (if the paste is too thick, add slightly more juice). Wipe the item with the pad soaked in the mixture until it no longer has any residue colors and the item is back to its original condition. Then, gently rinse it under water and wipe your hair accessory dry.

► Don't force your hair stick through the bun. If your hair stick doesn't slide smoothly across the bun and scalp, slightly change its position and try again.
► Don't use your hair stick in the shower/pool/ocean, etc. Prolonged contact with water may cause damage.
