Gift wrapping and packaging

Item will arrive in either a jewelry box or gift bag ready to gifting. All items are shipped in a padded mailer. I do not include a receipt unless requested.

Keep jewelry dry. Remove before bathing and swimming. Do not use chemicals to clean jewelry. My jewelry is not recommended for children under 10. Locket hinges are delicate and should be handled with care. Sterling silver and silver plating will tarnish. Keep items in a plastic bag when not worn. Some have skin reactions to silver that can cause skin discoloration. Applying a thin coating of clear finger nail polish can help prevent this.

I offer custom text laser engraving. Text only, no images, handwriting, or emojis.

Returns and Exchanges

I will gladly refund the full price of your returned item within seven days of receipt if applicable. Use the original packaging and a padded envelope and ship via USPS with tracking. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed once I receive the returned item. *If item was damaged due to careless handling or submersion in water (ex. swimming or bathing) returns or refunds are not available. *Personalized items (engraved or photos) are not refundable or returnable. *Worn jewelry can not be returned due to hygienic reasons. *Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. *One replacement allowed per order. Replacement items are not returnable or refundable.

How do I put a photo into my locket?

I offer custom photo sizing and placement in my shop for a fee. I include a 25mm or 30mm paper template for my round lockets for easy tracing of a photo to do it yourself.

If you have not received your item and your tracking is marked delivered, contact USPS for GPS tracking information. If your item is marked as "delivered" by the USPS, I will not refund or reship. How to fix a locket that won't close

This Youtube video explains how to fix a locket that will not stay closed. You will need needle nosed pliers and be very gentle with the adjustments to the metal tab. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZHHpw07-eiU&t=4s

Paper options:
Heavy weight glossy photo paper
Heavy weight matte photo paper
Light weight water-resistant glossy photo paper
Light weight adhesive back glossy photo paper

Please note the following important points:
I cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for printed photos. Please double-check your photo selection and size requirements before placing your order.

Photo Quality: The final print quality depends on the original photo's resolution and clarity.
I recommend using high-resolution images for the best results (at least 500 pixels). Make sure there is plenty of room around the subject to ensure it will fit into the shape.

Locket Shape: Heart and oval lockets come in various shapes and sizes. We cannot guarantee that your printed photos will perfectly match the shape of your locket. There may be some variance in the fit due to the locket's design. Some trimming to fit may be necessary.

Details:
Sizes of printed photos available listed in images of the listing.
There will be multiple copies of each photo on one strip. The number of images depends upon the size of the photos you choose.
Photos will arrive in a strip. You will cut the photos out and place them into your locket. I include glue dots with your order to secure the photos in your locket.
*Small lockets (13-16mm) will have very tiny photos. One subject per photo is recommended.

How to order:
1. Choose shape.
2. Choose number of different images.
3. Measure the inside width of the photo space in millimeters/centimeters. DO NOT MEASURE IN INCHES. Order will be canceled if you do not provide a photo of your locket for measurement.
4. Attach high quality photo(s) you want sized and printed via Personalization box in .jpg or.pgn file format in at least 500px size.
Please do not pre-crop the photos. The more room around the subject the better the finished product will be. You can also email your photos to 3beaddesigns [!at] gmail.com.
5. Only ONE shape and ONE size per order.
6. If you have specific instructions on how you want me to crop photos, include those in Etsy Messages. Otherwise, I zoom in to show faces.
7. I communicate through Etsy Messages, so make sure you check them if you place an order.
