No way! US$16.50 / US$24 is the cost for the digital file, personalised with your event details. You can print the file as many times as you want to. Or you can go green and just email the file to your invitees. I can also arrange printing for my customers in USA. Please message me with your zip code and how many invitations you would like so that I can give you a quote for the printing and shipping. I will personalise the file for you, then send you the draft file via Etsy message, so you can check it over. For digital files, the final file will be sent via email or download link.

What is your current turnaround time? Do you offer rush orders?

My current turnaround is 2 working days plus additional time to format the final file for you or to make revisions. Yes, I can arrange printing for my customers in the USA and some other countries. What size invitation file should I choose? 5x7 or 4x6 or A6?

If you want to print as a photo print (so onto photo paper, NOT onto cardstock), I would really recommend the 6x4 (or 4x6) size as it is normally much cheaper to print as a 6x4 than as a 7x5 photo. For cardstock printing, 7x5 (or 5x7) will give you more options. You CANNOT print a 7x5 file as a 6x4 (and vice versa). They are not just different sizes, they are different proportions (different aspect ratios). I don't recommend A6 unless you live in UK, Aus or NZ. Please note that sizing for Vistaprint is different and a small additional fee would apply (so I can make the file the correct size).

Will Dulce Grace personalise the file for me? Or do I need to do this myself? Where do I send my photo?

Dulce Grace will personalise the file with your event information and ensure this is formatted properly. You won't be able to edit your file. If you have chosen an invitation with space for a photo, please email the photo file to: photos@dulcegrace.com

To proceed, please add the listing to your "cart" (there should be a green "add to cart" button), add matching items (if desired) then complete the checkout proces.

What if I need to change some of the text in my draft file?

This listing includes 2 rounds of revisions (so 2 further draft files) which is sufficient for 99.9% of my clients. You will be able to correct typos, change words etc. It's not always possible to add more words (especially blocks of text) so please make sure I have all of the information from the start of the transaction. Once you have "approved" the file (and I have sent you the final file), any amendments to the text are normally chargeable.

Can I customise this design?

It depends on what you mean by "customise" and what changes you are looking to make! Text changes such as "mom" to "mum" and "honoring" to "honouring" are no problem at all. If you want to change the colours or fonts you must check with me before purchase to see if this is possible (and whether it would attract additional costs).
