What size are your scrub caps?

Our Euro-style surgical caps come in one size that fits most and are designed to comfortably suit all hair types — whether your hair is short, medium, long, thick, thin, straight, or curly. The roomy back provides enough space to comfortably tuck in your hair, making them a great fit for everyone. Each cap features: Soft elastic at the back for a flexible, adjustable fit. Cotton ties that help secure the cap on your head and are long enough to wrap around and tie over a bun. This thoughtful design ensures a secure and comfortable fit, even during long shifts.

Can I request a custom fabric or color?

We currently don’t offer custom fabric or color requests. However, we have a wide range of high-quality cotton and polyester prints available in our shop. Be sure to check our listings — there’s something for everyone!

How should I wash my scrub cap?

For best care, we recommend delicate machine wash or hand wash in cold or warm water with similar colors to prevent shrinking and fading. Do not tumble dry — hang to dry to preserve fabric and personalization. Iron with steam. Avoid bleach to keep colors vibrant and personalization intact.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Most orders, including personalized items, are made within 1 business day and shipped promptly. Delivery times vary by destination — for example, shipping to the USA typically takes about 8 business days. We want your shopping experience to be easy and worry-free: Etsy usually collects all applicable taxes at checkout, so there are no hidden fees from us. Starting August 29, a new customs duty will apply when importing goods into the USA. We cover all customs fees. You pay only for the caps and shipping. For some countries, if Etsy hasn’t collected customs or import duties at checkout, buyers are responsible for any fees that may apply upon delivery. Please check your local customs regulations for details.

Do you accept returns and exchange?

We accept returns on non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable. Please note: Shipping costs for returns are paid by the buyer, and we do not reimburse return shipping. If you receive the wrong item, or a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a refund or exchange. Regarding replacements: the fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item. To start a return, please contact us first and let us know about your request.

Can I order multiple caps for a team or group?

Absolutely! We offer group and bulk discounts for clinics, hospitals, or special occasions. Message us for details and availability.

What is the Buttons option?

We can sew buttons onto the scrub hat to hold your mask in place and save your ears.

What is the Personalization option?

You can personalize your scrub cap with custom text such as your name, title, profession, initials, or a single-color logo. We use heat transfer vinyl (HTV) printing – a smooth, flexible, and durable finish applied with heat. It’s perfect for fine details or specific fonts, does not peel, and withstands 20–50 delicate washes. In the personalization box, please specify: Text Placement (Left or Right when worn / Front) Color (Same as ties / Vendor’s / Your choice) Font (Block / Calligraphy) By default, if you ordered a personalized cap but didn’t provide the details, we’ll create it for you using a heat transfer print on the left side, with the font style and color thoughtfully chosen by us.
