It's fine. You print it out yourself. You can only print at certain locations, like a Staples and not Walgreen's, due to the type of file it is (PDF). Other than that, pretty smooth.

Our product is designed to print on white matte cardstock at home & copy shops so PDF is the correct file format. JPG is the format for printing at photo labs on "photo paper", the printing quality is not as good as PDF, that's why we don't provide JPG. The file format and printing info can be found in the listing description.
